The room was spacious with a balcony offering stunning sea views. the double bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. the on-site snack bar provided convenient refreshments. The staff at the 24-hour front desk, including Stephen, were welcoming and helpful. the beach access was great, and we enjoyed the pools for relaxation. the arcade in the lobby was a fun surprise for entertainment. The location in Wildwood Crest was perfect, and having free WiFi and parking was convenient. the overall experience exceeded my expectations, thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities. I highly recommend Bal Harbour Hotels for a memorable stay!
